Though they have a great choice of appliances, I have had a very difficult time with their service. Rarely did I receive a call back after the first message left (be it email or phone) and even though I ordered a entire new kitchen, no one seemed to care about my questions or concerns. Even the customer relations person took her time about returning my call ( which was friendly) and then when I tried to reach out to her a 2nd time, she never responded to the message I left. So far it has been 6 weeks since my washer/dryer broke down. It failed within the 12 month warranty, I also purchased a 5 year warranty ($170) for the appliance which would cover this occurrence. I have requested (nicely) a repair, replace or refund, so far Aitoro have not responded to any requests, I have not received a single phone call from Aitoro, to my numerous requests for assistance. Maybe as I paid in full, they have made there sale, they are no longer interested as they have my money. Buyer beware,
