As a veteran myself, this company is unacceptable in their business practices. THIS COMPANY IS A HOT MESS. Ordered $450 worth of merchandise from BJs Warehouse. It was picked up by AIT the day after shipping notification, from a BJs retail warehouse less than 1 hour from the delivery address. 3 weeks later and 8 calls to BJs, no one knew where the order went, supervisors reached out to AIT transport & logistics MULTIPLE times to find out why the order wasn't delivered despite it being scheduled by BJs over and over again.
