AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! NORBIE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. HE WAS SUCH A BIG HELP WITH A BODY KIT I HAD PURCHASED. I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND WILL FOR SURE ORDER FROM AGAIN!
Purchased a body kit for a Honda Accord. There were some scratches and scuffs on the front and rear bumpers (nothing major). You can tell someone had purchased it previously. The front and rear bumpers were off by over 1.5 inches. When I took them back to return them, AIT staff suggested that the problem was my OEM fenders LOL. AIT took their faulty body kit back but not before charging me a 20% restocking fee of $100.00. I was told on the phone there were no restocking fees if there was something wrong with the body kit.
