Joy played in my hair. I paid for butt length, she left a lot of hair out on my ends and tried to convince me that they are butt length. She gave me boneless braids😭
Absolutely ridiculous. Told my mom to come at 7 AM, then turned her away and told her to come back at 2 PM… just for her to sit there until pass 3 AM to get her hair done. That’s 13 HOURS. No time management, no communication, and no respect for people’s time. If you’re overbooked, say that instead of wasting folks’ whole day and night. Do better.
If i could do zero stars i would. My braider was so rude i informed her that i got a piercing that still hurts, its like she purposefully kept coming it, thumbing it with her fingers. She braided so tight when i said something she called me a crybaby. She asked what i wanted i told her to stop pushing me, pushing and tugging my hair. To be gentle with my body she then looked at me like i said something wrong. They constantly argued. Would no put a middle part in my hair. I’m crying because i just can not understand.
