I do NOT RECOMMEND!!! I am currently sitting in the chair and I am so disgusted at the service. I came by,to set an appointment , paid a deposit because they claim if you leave a deposit, you will not have to wait. So I get here one hour before my appointment and they asked if I could come back at 2, I said no because you specifically said if I leave a deposit, that would guarantee me a spot.. I do not recommend this service due to the poor experience I had. The appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., but the stylist did not arrive until 8:30 a.m. I arrived at 7:40 a.m. and was the second person in line, but the third person was served before me. My stylist arrived at 9:04 a.m. and did not begin working on my hair until 9:30 a.m. The service was not completed until 6:15 p.m. Throughout the experience, I was disappointed by the unprofessional atmosphere, which included loud conversations amongst the staff and freq... read more
