I do not recommend this service due to the poor experience I had. The appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., but the stylist did not arrive until 8:30 a.m. I arrived at 7:40 a.m. and was the second person in line, but the third person was served before me. The short dark skinned lady was RUDE . She didn’t want to help the other lady and I was the only person in there. She talked loudly on the phone the entire time, all in my ear when she did decide to help. I got the bohemian knotless and the hair tangled badly as I expected so I ended up cutting the curly hair out & the end of my braids were TERRIBLE in the back & on the side that the short lady was braiding . I don’t recommend them unless Aissa (the owner) is braiding .

The services here was horrible theses people don’t care how they part your hair thinking you will never notice I got box braids and had to take them down in 2 days because the lady didn't care how she was parting my hair it was sloppy work and I got severe bumps in the back of my head in just 2 days
