I couldn't connect to the teleconference link I was provided 15 minutes before my appointment even started. I then spent another 10 minutes on the phone just so I could get someone to connect me to the teleconference call. When I was finally able to connect, I waited another 15 minutes for Dr. Raju to show up. I then called her office again and was told that she just wanted to reschedule for April 16th. Didn't even show up for my initial appointment (9:40AM)- I received notification (but not from her, someone else) at 10:30 saying she has "internet issues".
I was supposed to have a follow-up appointment with her on 5/10/24, not only did I never receive a link for the session, but she also never called me to follow up or anything. I have emailed twice with no answer as for explanation. Mental health facilities are supposed to show compassion & understanding to their patients, and I didn’t feel that with Behavioral Health. When I first started seeing Dr. Raju she was patient, listened to me, and let me make decisions about my medicine, with her. She told me she didn't prescribe one of my psych meds, but she filled them for 3 months straight all while telling me she didn't prescribe them. She said she was going to transfer me to a new Dr that would. I would be without my meds for almost two weeks before I could see the new Dr and she told me if I need anything to let her know. Absolutely APPALING service. Been having issues getting my son's medication because of low stock. Not the dr's issue totally understand. But when it comes to needing them to do their part in sending the prescription out, there's always an issue. Insane wait times, CONSTANTLY relaying faulty information as well as telling me that I am "mistaken" about sending in information that they have actually responded to.
