I had the most amazing experience with Bina for eyebrow threading and a face polish! Bina is incredibly skilled and gentle—my brows have never looked this perfectly shaped and sharp. She made the whole threading process so comfortable and relaxing, which I really appreciated. She is ALWAYS such a doll!!! If I'm paying $270 for a haircut and color, I expect more personalized and professional service. I had an appointment with Laila, but throughout my session, she kept leaving to attend to other clients -including stepping away to do eyebrow services for two people while I sat with clips in my hair. The front desk didn't manage this either, which makes me wonder if they prioritize quantity over quality for tips.
