Customer service may be a lost art everywhere else, but AIS practices it to perfection. The communication was perfect, and when the shipping company "couldn't find" the watch, AIS queried the shipping company, and stayed on top of it until I received the watch. The packaging was destruction-proof and the watch did not disappoint. It was exactly as described and pictured. I'm new to luxury watch world, but I think I've found my source! Well done, AIS!

I bought a Cartier Santos from them in 2023 and then traded in andbought a Rolex Daytona Two-tone black with diamonds in August 2025. Overall experience was excellent, on par with my experience with DavidSW, but at a lower price point. The Rolex came with 2 minor issues that Aamir offered to get fixed locally for a refund. Excellent customer support and service IMO. Will most likely buy another watch from them in the future.
