The transaction was smooth and communication was easy throughout. The watch arrived as described and the process was straightforward, which I really appreciated. However, the outer box arrived with visible damage, and the seller wasn’t particularly receptive to addressing it. While it didn’t affect the watch itself, I expected a bit more flexibility or customer care given the nature of the purchase. Overall a good experience, just a bit disappointing.
