I'd like to give it a zero-star rating. The service was quite poor and unhelpful. I've never had a worse service experience than this one. They failed to arrive on time, were quite unprofessional, and had awful communication throughout. The work remained unfinished despite numerous follow-ups, and their employees' demeanor was contemptuous and irresponsible. I would strongly suggest that others stay away from this service since the money and frustration are just not worth it.
I wish I could give 0 star. Totally bad and unresponsive service. This was by far one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. They were extremely unprofessional, didn’t show up on time, and communication was terrible throughout the process. Despite multiple follow-ups, the job was left incomplete and the attitude of their staff was dismissive and careless. I would strongly advise others to avoid this service — it’s simply not worth the frustration and wasted money.
It was great. Eduardo got the job done very fast.
Our outdoor AC unit started vibrating loudly and shaking the side of the house. The technician diagnosed a loose mounting base and fan blade imbalance. He secured the unit, adjusted the fan, and added vibration pads. It’s now running quietly. Took a bit longer than expected due to hard-to-reach bolts, but overall a solid job.
Great service- courteous and knowledgeable.
