This service is part of the Comfort package that AIS provides two times/year for our AC and Heating system maintenance. It gives us peace of mind and bill of health of the HVAC. I renew it for another year for great value.
Kevin came out to Fremont (CA) this morning to do our semi-annual maintenance on our residential HVAC system, which was entirely replaced by AIS 2 years ago. Kevin arrived at the beginning of our service window, and he was friendly and knowledgeable. Our furnace is looking good, thanks to Kevin and AIS! We are satisfied with AIS, and opted to renew our annual service contract, too.
This is a special request to adjust the gas furnace heating setup. The technician was very friendly and detailed oriented. He explained to me and actually demonstrated how the 2-stage furnace can be turned on to the high speed fan mode only when both thermostats are actively turned on.
Kevin did a great job. He explained everything he planned to do and, after the work, detailed the required follow ups. He was professional and polite.
Got out early and dealt with a recurring problem - spent the time to do it right even though it was a warranty call
