Thank you for the follow up, the technician was not able to locate the heat pump outside. And I was wondering if he service the AC unit inside the Condo. The tenant at the Condo didn't know what he was doing. But I was charged 2 hours of service ($254.24) for he looking for the heat pump. As well, the bill was sent to me on July 10 and the payment is due on July 10. Vitus So
