This summer AirZone installed a new Lennox Gas Furnace and AC at my home. The installation went well and we enjoyed trouble free AC operation throughout the summer. As heating season commenced an installation issue required attention and your technician Felix was here today to resolve it. My experience with AirZone HVAC has been very positive. Communication with the office has been easy and efficient. Diego was the technician that did the work deep cleaning my two mini split A/C units and installing a UV light system in each to reduce mold and bacteria growth. He was very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. The configuration of my units is a bit challenging but he got the job done! I highly recommend AirZone HVAC Services.
Mitchell came by to provide a quote and was very helpful! He was knowledgeable about the advantages and disadvantages of the available products, didn't try to upsell, and helped us figure out what we needed moving forward.
The AirZone team was able to take care of a small problem that could have become a big problem with the best attitude. I am so thankful we found the issue and found a way to prevent it for the future. Shoutout to Diego who made sure to fit me in on the longest day ever and give me great tips to avoid future issues. Felix came out to install a new thermostat (to replace the old mercury one) and also inspected the furnace. He was super pleasant, answered questions without hesitation. Great attitude! Keep up the great work Felix!
