When shopping for our home, we used AirZona for sewer and AC inspections. Jose was very thorough and assisted in obtaining credit from the seller at closing. After purchasing our new home, we had AirZona back to clean our AC unit. Again, Diego was very thorough, very courteous, and well worth the money. Diego even assisted by providing a maintenance plan, which gave a discount for service received and a bi-yearly plan for sewer and AC health. Very honest and thorough company. Jose was great, and I really appreciated his professionalism, communication, and the way he handled a difficult situation. The challenge was with the insurance coverage, not with Jose. The policy has been paid for over many years over decade and was sold as coverage from the water meter to the house. The language appears to say that, but there is also small-print language stating that if the line branches off to a water softener, the leak is not covered after that branch-off point, even if the water has not yet entered the h... read more
