We've lived at Airye for three years and it is awesome! The residents are super friendly and the property manager, Paula, is a wealth of knowledge and is exceptionally efficient and kind. The common areas have been recently remodeled and the place looks brand new. We love the people here, the weekly happy hour, the social events, and the accessibility to the Skyway and local restaurants. Mears Park is so fun in the summer with all the music and the Farmer's Market, three blocks away, is fabulous. What a cool place to live!
This place sucks. The office personnel is NEVER at the front desk, they never ANSWER the phone. The TENANTS are rude and unfriendly, they act as if they’re presidential and they’re not.
