I purchased a used 2020 Forest River Sierra with a Suburban SF-35FQ furnance in Oct 2021. Worst experience in my entire life. I was replacing parts on the heater after 4 months of use, then again after a month, then again after another month, then again every year after that. Why I will only buy Colman Mach ac and not a lesser brand. On oct 17 2025 I purchased and replacement for a 10 year old unit that had finally had its best days behind it. Installed the new one that I purchased through a distribution center in Fort Worth. When I got it installed in December 19th it worked perfectly for a few hours and then failed. I'm a veteran and I stopped in on way to work and informed them that their US Flag was split in too. The gentleman was very nice and polite and said they would take care of it.
