If I could zero stars I would. I had a brand new rv built which I bought in December of 2025. I had an aquahot 125D system installed. Since then, I have had to replace the burner two times. I am currently at an RV repair shop waiting for FEDEX to drop off a new one so the 4th one can be installed. Do not buy unless you want to constantly be without heat and hot water.
Customer service rep over the phone for MaxxAir fan was extremely rude and antagonistic.
I purchased a used 2020 Forest River Sierra with a Suburban SF-35FQ furnance in Oct 2021. Worst experience in my entire life. I was replacing parts on the heater after 4 months of use, then again after a month, then again after another month, then again every year after that. In Sept 2024 I decided to purchase a new core from Amazon. In Jan 2025 the fan blades broke - replaced them. Jan 2026 until now I have replaced everything part in the furnance along with my thermostat & control board on AC. It is still not working after... read more
