Never got back to me with a quote after coming to my house, I have called them back multiple times to follow up and they never got back to me.
We had our unit inspected for a water leak and maintenance. The office was very nice and easy to schedule for maintenance the next day. The technician, Logan, was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and fast. I would highly recommend Air Works for any HVAC problems.
Logan has been awesome he’s been out twice and most recently fixed my furnace in less than 24 including a necessary part order. Highly recommend! Prompt, communicative, and fairly priced.
Bill is fantastic he listens to you and works with your budget and is very committed to making sure his customers are taken care of.
Five stars for these guys today. Actually, I should give them 25 stars since there’s been at least five times over 20 years they have helped me when I needed it the most. Today it was getting my AC going during the hottest stretch we’ve had in quite a while. Other times they’ve come out in the dead of winter, sometimes even on holidays and nights to get my heater going. I called Central first this time because they installed my AC on a Costco deal.
