We had an excellent experience with AirWorks. They installed our new AC and furnace, and the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress‑free. Marshall provided outstanding customer service — friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our office space. Everything was explained clearly, and the quality of the work shows. Highly recommend this company for anyone needing heating or cooling services.
Expensive, it cost me 85 dollars just for them to come out and tell me was wrong. It was a simple fix and had to buy the little piece that broke because they dont carry it, that fee should havd been waived if I used their sevices but that fixing that one little piece was goung to cost over $300. So I just had someone else fix it for me. The guy also said my fujitsu mini split wasn't in good shape, there is literally nothing wrong with it its just dirty. Them cleaning it would cost over $300. Bill has always been honest with us and gone above and beyond. Just the best- incredibly knowledgeable and he and his team have kept us warm and cool for many years.
Never got back to me with a quote after coming to my house, I have called them back multiple times to follow up and they never got back to me.
We had our unit inspected for a water leak and maintenance. The office was very nice and easy to schedule for maintenance the next day. The technician, Logan, was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and fast. I would highly recommend Air Works for any HVAC problems.
