AirWorks serviced my sister's house and due to an unforeseen issue on her part she was unable to meet the tech herself, so I met them out at her property instead. The technician, Mike, was very attentive and courteous. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what my sister's unit was in need of. At the time of service it had begun to rain, but Mike didn't skip a beat and just continued working. He did NOT have to do that, and for that I have the most upright respect for this company!
