We had (and still having) a very good experience with Holiday Builders and Ismael. The construction manager, Larry, was very informative and spent a lot of time going over the mechanics of the house and warrant information. Gave me his direct number if any issues went unresolved. Very good quality homes and great incentives!

Why is red clay from this development constantly washing into and polluting the Blackwater River?
We are so glad we found this new neighborhood. It's a nice location with a quick trip into Milton or Pensacola. Holiday Homes builds a quality house. They're well built, quiet inside, and well insulated plus the neighborhood is quiet. A two-year warranty was offered by Holiday Homes. We had about 3 smaller items which were quickly fixed. We couldn't ask for a nicer place to reside. I highly recommend a Holiday Home.
