Always friendly always the best prices in town. The owner takes the time to explain your options. Never pushy. I never use anyone else for anything car! My husband and I enjoy the friendly atmosphere and top notch service. We have recommended Airway to several friends and family.
I did a transmission for this shop. After getting an ok on price from owner and coming in on days off he picked up car. He neglected to bring a check for the 900 as agreed upon. Today his guy came and it seems Im beat as I let him pick up..... terrible business practice
Unfriendly bad service GARBAGE! I wasted my money bringing my car to this place.
Very friendly and helpful! Brought my car in because my front end had a run in with a broken guard rail. My car was fixed in 2 days and looks like it did when I took it off the lot! Very grateful for their work and helpfulness.
I was referred to this place by a friend. I've passed this place a million times and had no idea they did auto repair. They were friendly and courteous. I dealt with the service manager Ken who contacted me to discuss the diagnosis within the promised timeline he stated. The repair was done in a timely fashion as well. When I went to pick up my car-i was greeted by the owner-nicest-most amicable guy. I had to have a radiator replaced. I feel the price was reasonable.
Tried to bring my car here and I had to deal with a rude service person. he had a bad attitude and he didn't even want to look at my car. I ended up going to Hansen Auto Body & Automotive, which is up the street... I guess the people at airway motors don't want customers.
