Excellent service! So respectful and so tidy! They make themselves so available to answer questions. I just did a renovation and my drywall team covered up event. Airwave came immediately to locate where the vent was placed and installed a new plate right away—Same day that I called!
Our AC went down, and after being referred by a friend, I called Francisco. Although they were fully booked, which I completely understood given this heat, he said he'd see what he could do. To my surprise, he was able to get us in, and the very next morning, Mario and Tiffany were at my home first thing. Called late about non-working thermostat. They arrived early next morning and replaced no charge. Very polite and quick service.
Fabulous company! Incredibly responsive and professional! Mark is a fabulous salesperson and every member of the team is an expert! New A.C installed and team took time to fully explain functionality and how to connect to the system remotely. Highly recommend this firm!!
