Eugene couldn't have been nicer. He was knowledgeable, helpful, understood our problem, and went out his way to assist us. Thank you.
Airwaves is always dependable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They installed our air conditioning system 19 yeas ago and have been the only ones to service it. When it broke down last week we contacted our home warranty company, American Home Shield, who sent someone out from another local company to diagnose the issue. They told us we need new compressors or an entire new system. I didn't feel good about that, so I called Airwaves to get a second opinion.
