Tech quickly ruled out multiple logical causes of our HVAC not working, found and confirmed the problem, explained everything clearly, and offered both repair and replace options, and carries multiple brands. Very impressed from start to finish. Highly recommend.
Even though the first tech did not meet the expected service, the follow up was exceptional. Joseph was able to provide personalized recommendations for my situation, took his time to review the system design. Suggested to replace 3 way registers with curved one way registers which by itself made a day and night difference in terms of even cooling.
