where do i begin? we had a free heater tune-up from a gift certificate that this company donated. the technician, nathan, was very professional, friendly, and careful with his work. besides changing the filters for the five years we've lived in our mission hills home, we never did any real maintenance on our heater or heat pump. i honestly didn’t realize regular servicing was needed. turns out, our heater was packed with dust and pet hair clogging up the blower!
