After an honest discussion about our needs (furnace less than 5 years old, only replacing A/C), we got a great Bryant unit installed a few days later with no issues at all. Excellent price better than those guys that you see advertised everywhere and a better unit. Don't pay extra just so you can see the name of your installation company all over trucks and billboards around town. It is good to know that Airtron has personnel like Phil who take pride in their work. Phil was respectful, positive and took time to explain our issues. One day he even worked in the rain for approximately 30 minutes trying to finish his diagnostic tests trying to get our HVAC back going. We have always been treated with genuine care from other techs and office personnel. Note; we saved a great deal of money on our recent problem because we have one of Airtron’s monthly service plans.
Unfortunately, it is so rare to find a company like Airtron. They were out a year ago and provided excellent service, and Dustin & his partner were out today and provided the same level of service. He showed up on time, and put on booties each time they entered my home. He explained what he was going to do, Dustin & his partner took their time checking out the whole system. Bryce was awesome! He had the issue fixed in less than 5 minutes and the visit was covered under our membership plan, which is a lifesaver. Could not recommend them more highly!!
