We have had a terrible experience with this company and their lack of customer service. On our first service call, the technician arrived 4 hours prior to the scheduled time without a call to notify of an early arrival. The technician assessed the problem and said he would return later that evening to finish the repair. He did not return and we did not receive a call. A temporary fix was made on his second visit.
