Dalton is extremely professional
I would like to compliment Thomas for a great service call for our home. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He solved our problem and we even signed up for the maintenance plan with Airtron.
This company is a joke. They have been here twice in two months due to a total system failure. This second time we have been without heat for going on three days because they needed to order a part. We have a 10 month old and pets to try and keep warm. When asked what we can do in the meantime they said try and stay warm. It's going to be below 10 degrees multiple days this week and we haven't heard anything from them. I called to schedule an appointment for one of my units in a new build. The appointment was scheduled for 2 weeks out which I thought was odd, but understood that I was probably lower priority since the unit was still operable. Fast forward to the day of the service. The estimated window was 12 - 5 PM. I receive a call at 9 PM saying that the service tech was still a couple hours out due to an earlier job lasting too long.
