I would not recommend this company nor the bogus monthly maintenance plan that is a total scam. Customer service was unhelpful.
We used Airtron back in 2024 because they were the company sent through our home warranty for an issue with our air conditioning unit. The home was brand new in 2023, and the HVAC system was also brand new. When the technician came out, I was at work, but my girlfriend told me they changed the unit from operating off of two panels to one instead of properly fixing the issue with both panels.
