Airtron, Nashville's technitican, Nick Trowel, worked on our AC issues today and my wife and I found Nick to be friendly , Knowledgeable and informative about our AC problem. Please thank him again for us. He is an excellent representative for your service. We both felt confident and at ease that our AC issue was resolved.
This company is a joke . They did work on my HVAC as part of warranty and next day my entire home is sweating and no cooling at home . If you call them they would always say we will talk to the team and get back to you but they would never call back . I had to make at least 4-5 calls a day as it’s an emergency situation and they still won’t respond . I wish Nashville people get rid of businesses like this .
Orinn at Air Tron was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and timely. He was very thorough in our yearly maintenance visit and spent time explaining details of the assessment. I would highly recommend requesting Orinn and Air Tron.
