We had a gentleman come out when our air conditioner went out and it was almost 100°outside last month ( same day we called!). He was very friendly and informative, and we appreciated his honesty and not wasting our money to try to put a band-aid on a system that needed to be repaired. Sadly we had paid another company a lot of money that same day for a repair that didn't hold. He told us that we needed a whole new system, and we knew we probably did as it was 22 years old. Dil arrived promptly for our fall maintenance checkup. After completing his work, he explained that our system was working as expected. He made sure that all my questions were answered. Once again, a great experience with Airtron. We have experienced Airtron's great service for 30 years!
