Spring Maintenance checkup was smoothly completed by Sam and Joe. Very polite and professional. Answered all questions
Office called me to let me know the technician was on his way. When he got here he was very friendly and was very professional. Told me his name ( Yancy) and I showed him where the furnace was. He started to check the unit out and told me the blower motor and inducer need replaced. He had to go back to the shop to get one. He got back and replaced it in 15 minutes.
