Our technician, Paul, was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Diagnosed the problem quickly, offered options for repair, and got us up and running in no time. Highly recommend!
Airtron took over from another HVAC company on a newly built house. They have corrected many mistakes from the previous company. All the technicians and managers (Matt and Chris) that come out are very professional and knowledgeable. These guys geek out on HVAC! I highly recommend them. Today, Dustin, John, and Ryan worked on a cold room and got it corrected and took care of some ductwork in the finished portion of the basement that had been making a lot of noise.
Thank you Airtron of Louisville. I had my HVAC service today. My technician, Paul, was both professional and kind. You picked a good one, Airtron. I know it might seem easy to most, but he showed me how to change the air filter (not like the old filter…so I wasn’t familiar) with so much patience. Dustin, John, Neal and Cooper did a great job installing my new Bryant heat pump and air handler. On time and very efficient.
What a great team experience I had this morning. Appreciate Rob, Dustin and John for coming out on time to do some work with our new build and treated my house as their very own. Thank you Airtron for not giving up one me when I thought this problem will never resolved. Rob was amazing explaining the depth of work to Dustin and John. They were courteous and skillful.
