Airtron is a wonderful company to do business with. Dustin, the technician, was very knowledgeable and super polite. I HIGHLY recommend Airtron. He explained everything and went above and beyond. I also recommend their warranty/ service agreement. The repairs were covered at no charge, no questions.
Bryce's service when he came out was awesome! For him. I would rate the interaction five stars. He was professional, fast and knowledgeable. Only rating four stars due to having to call customer service back a few times in order to get on the schedule, which meant they couldn't come out until 10 days after our HVAC system went out.
Christie was great. Customer service was great. I just think the price was crazy. The tech called me at 10:39am with the diagnosis of a clogged drain, and then at 10:51am called me telling me he was finished. $471. Doesn’t seem right.
