Just had a great service call to check our heat for the season by Daniel Grichanichenko....outstanding service call, thanks.
So far, I've been pleased with the service from AirTron Charlotte. I've read the reviews and I hope that I don't have the problems that so many have reported. My technician, Daniel, called to alert me that he would be at my house in 30 minutes. He did a thorough inspection of my unit and replaced the air filter. He gave me tips about keeping the unit running smoothly and talked to me about the thermostat. I will certainly ask for Daniel the next time that I need a service call.
Never use this company!!! Paid twice a year for checking our air units but when you really need them its going to be a week!!!! Our house is less than four years old and we had a leak upstairs and they said pipes were not wrapped properly so they wrapped them and NEVER offered to help pay for damages to ceiling!! Airtrone put our units in when house was built!! Very disappointed with company!!!!!!!!!!! Had four lbs of Freon put in less than year ago over 400 dollars and today was 2 lbs low!!!
