Worst customer service... completely absent customer service. Pump broken within 3 months. Emailed company multiple times (they don't even publish a phone # to talk to a live person) with zero reply. Buyer beware.
I ordered an airtrack on October 31st. The website said 8 to 12 weeks to receive. It's now January 24th and the item hasn't arrived. I contacted them and they say still 6 to 8 more weeks. My gym needs this items and I have upset customers as we need this for tumbling. I just hope this product is worth it when it finally arrives

AirTrack has provided our gymnastics facility, Legacy Training Center in San Luis Obispo, CA with the 1st ever foam topped airbag in the US! If you are thinking about getting one of these, they are awesome! The general question is “is it better than a pit?” And I would definitely say yes.
