I had another person, Tim Pappas, who came out to work on my evaporative cooler today. It kept dripping water even when it was off. He did a wonderful job took his time. Adjusted my float and continue to check to make sure it was working good. He was very respectful and kind and Explained everything he was doing for me. He was not rushed at all extremely polite.
