He put in a radon system when we bought our house 3 years ago. I was happy with his work then. This spring the fan started making a lot of noise. I have tried many times to contact Robert and gotten no response. Usually his voice mail is full and won't accept any new messages. I've sent emails. No response. The fan is now making new noises and I suspect it is about to die. I'll be looking for someone else to come help. He may be okay to install, but don't expect any follow-up.
