My landlord had them come out twice now to fix the same issue that’s still not fixed the 1st time they cleaned the coiled and put in a filter and recently not even 2 weeks later a different guy came out claiming dirty filter that was just replaced July 25th 2025 the first time they came out. I know that Home Warranty companies and technology don't always interface. With that being said, we tried for 4 days to contact this company to come out and fix our air conditioner as the warranty company had set up the work order. I do understand technological issues. However, when a call was finally returned, the gentleman said he never received the work order or any messages. The warrany company confirmed it had been placed and received. Had a great experience with this company. Needed a lot of work done on an old house with a system from 1985. Needed a full replacement including ducts. Had 6 companies give me quotes and Air-Tex beat them and gave me a better more efficient system. Great company! CD was great to work with and his team are friendly, informed and liked my dogs. That means the world to me. Thanks Air-Tex!!
Came home after 3 week trip to a very warm home. Not knowing who to call my wife & I made it thru the night. Her early morning doctors appointment meant we couldn't call anyone early.
