They installed my new central air conditioning system outside and renovated my existing heating system . Left tons of unused material behind in my basement afterwards. I discovered and then had to dispose of it. We’re supposed to clean the existing ducts as I paid extra for the service. Did not clean anything. Not even close. Left behind tons of trash including several billiard balls. Blamed it on an employee who was fired. I still -despite misgivings -still used them for system maintenance.
