Absolutely to be avoided. Run away! They installed my new central air conditioning system outside and renovated my existing heating system inside. Sort of. Left tons of unused material from the work behind in my basement afterwards. I discovered the debris and then had to dispose of it. They were also then supposed to clean the existing ducts as I paid extra for this service. Did not clean anything. Not even close.
