We have been clients of Airtegrity now for 7 years. We first had our complete system replaced in 2019. They have serviced it since then. 2 weeks ago on the first day of the cold snap our heater motor decided to break. Bryan immediately came out within an hour to check the problem. We had an issue where our outside AC unit stopped working. Francisco originally installed our system a couple of years ago at a great price, and when we called him this time, he came out quickly to take a look. The problem turned out to be a combination of a clogged drain and how the outside unit was draining. Francisco took the time to show us exactly what was going on, explained why it caused the failure, and walked us through what to watch for in the future.
