Soon as I had an issue a technician was scheduled to diagnose and resolve the issue. Prompt exemplary service which Airtech made the process feel that they were there to resolve my issue, Kervin exhibits a care and understanding for addressing the problem which I really appreciate!
I called Airtech Services because my A/C unit was not blowing cold air. They quickly came out and diagnosed the problem. They showed me exactly what was wrong and gave me a fair price to correct the problem. I love their use of technology for communications, scheduling service, making payments, and warranty info. I will definitely use Airtech for all my future A/C and heating needs. I highly recommend them.
