Worst company that I have ever worked with. Had Air Tech Pro replace our entire system in mid-2020, the fan on the condenser dies three years later. I called Air Tech Pro's to come out, only for them to tell me that they were under "new ownership" and decided to service my area no longer. I had to find another company to diagnose the issue, but they were not Rheem-certified, and I found out that there were no Rheem-certified repair companies in my area. A lady rudely hung up on me for no reason. I think her name was april, or I may have misunderstood her name. I guess you all are doing so well you don't need any new customers, FINE WITH ME. But just remind her that she has a JOB to do!, If she is a volunteer please get another with a better attitude. Surely she isn't paid hourly.

I had this company install a new furnace ( the FAU portion of my split unit HVAC system) last year (2020). Unbeknownst to me, their installers zip tied my main air supply ducting instead of taping it which caused the air ducting to collapse and the insulation clogged the main air line which caused my air conditioning condenser to explode.
