I used Hydro Mechanical to install a split unit in my home just as Covid was really causing supply chain issues and many other head aches. The Daikin unit worked great until it starting making clicking sounds. They came out and worked on it several times.....often without charging. It was under warranty and new parts were ordered but they took a long time to be delivered.
