Ruined my unit by mixing coolant. Over charged me by thousands. The technician tried to cheat me and even the owner tried to say I needed improvements that I didn't. They do not fix your unit. They break it so they have to come back and eventually you have to replace it.
Excellent service. They don't try to sell you what you don't need. Very quick to respond. My A/C went out and I needed a new hvac. They came and gave me a quote on a new one within minutes of arriving. And it was a lot lower cost than what the Premier tech quoted, after we waited all day the previous day for him to get here. Good Job AirTech!!! Everything was installed within about 3 hours and we had cool air again. Dewayne and crew did an awesome job and cleaned up after. We are VERY pleased!
They are very quick with getting someone out to work on your a/c. The technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable of their work. I would recommend to anyone.
