So I have been dealing with Tom for over 20 years. Been calling since Wednesday. No answer nothing. So I called a&b come to find out Tom is working for them. I have not had air since Wednesday cause Tom can't let people know he went out of business. That is one sorry move. I told a&b don't send him to my house.
I had a 10+ year old furnace fail in the middle of a cold spell. Tom was on vacation but Lee showed up the day I called and was able to partly fix the issue. Once it failed again overnight Tom assured he would check it out the following week when he returned home. Well he showed up on Sunday after getting home (can’t commend him enough as this was not at all expected) inspected the entire unit, discovered the issue and not only fixed the issue but he also discovered other issues that a previous company had created by using s... read more
