John and Shadow went above and beyond when I asked a simple question about the air flow of my apartment unit. They were both kind and courteous as my place was a mess. They reassured me that it was fine and then proceeded to educate me on how to maximize the air flow throughout my unit. In and out within 5 mins, professional, and kind. Ryan was able to solve a nagging AC issue I had that two other firms could not. And, the resolve was only a capacitor and not an expen$$$ive fix. Integrity for sure here, seeming to be a lost art at other places...
