Very quickly and efficiently installed a brand new high-efficiency heat pump system in my house after mine failed. Just the nicest most friendly, professional people you ever want to meet and did a wonderful job. Highly responsive to phone calls and texts came when they said they would. Took their time to do everything exactly right and spend a good bit of effort making sure that I understood how to operate the system and take care of it. Highly recommended.
Abe and Jesse have incredible customer service and job expertise! They replaced our heating and air units in a timely manner and were extremely patient and knowledgeable with any and all questions. Not only do they clearly know what they are doing but they were happy to explain the details and go out of their way to ensure we were comfortable with the job done. True professionals and as friendly as can be. Will only recommend these guys!
LOVE AirSurge! They're super kind, reliable, informed, and overall great to have around. We had a big problem with our AC and Abe & his team came over, found the issues, and helped me understand what was going on. They were super transparent and friendly throughout the entire AC repair and I'll definitely be using them in the future! Edit two years later - just had them come out and put in a new furnace. Super super easy experience and I'm very happy with the speed and results!
We were pleasantly surprised to find a local HVAC company in our small town. We decided to have Airsurge Heating & Cooling come out to troubleshoot our heating problem and see if the technicians were able to solve the issue. Abe called us to discuss the issue, and to determine if we were in an emergency situation. Luckily that was not the case for us but it is good to know that if it were, he would have come immediately.
