We were pleasantly surprised to find a local HVAC company in our small town. We decided to have Airsurge Heating & Cooling come out to troubleshoot our heating problem and see if the technicians were able to solve the issue. Abe called us to discuss the issue, and to determine if we were in an emergency situation. Luckily that was not the case for us but it is good to know that if it were, he would have come immediately. Very quickly and efficiently installed a brand new high-efficiency heat pump system in my house after mine failed. Just the nicest most friendly, professional people you ever want to meet and did a wonderful job. Highly responsive to phone calls and texts came when they said they would. Took their time to do everything exactly right and spend a good bit of effort making sure that I understood how to operate the system and take care of it. Highly recommended.
