We stopped in the other day to buy some parts and check out some current models. All I can say is Wow. We had the opportunity to work with Victor on some new and pre-owned models, eventually finding the absolutely perfect Travel Trailer to replace our 2018 Basecamp. Airstream of San Diego is a major improvement over Airstream Inland Empire where I bought my Airstream. Airstream Inland Empire (different Airstream dealership) had a lot of problems servicing my trailer including the fact that they destroyed my Vitrafrigo Refrigerator while attempting to repair it. My 2023 Airstream Bambi 19cb trailer has had so many things go wrong with the that my family has named it the Shiny Lemon. I came here to give a rave review about Airstream of San Diego, with the intention of calling out Sarah Gardner specifically, but it seems that I am preaching to the choir 😅. Sarah was amazingly helpful for the entire experience of viewing and purchasing our Airstream Caravel 19CB. Had an awesome experience getting guidance on a proper weight distribution hitch for our basecamp 20x. Julie made the scheduling quick and easy! Top notch service all around. Victor was also extremely attentive. He allowed me to to ask any and all questions and guided me through all the proper measurements. The truck now tows perfectly!
