I can only give them 1, the sale is all that matters when I purchase from them. Tried getting service, only a few real technicians with limited knowledge. This was in 2022. Good luck
We have been searching for a while for an airstream dealer that would provide us with the AS of our choice at a fair value. This is where Nature and Me RV really stood apart from all the rest of them. While the others followed the classic used car salesman routine, Shaun and John were both straight up and fair with us all the way. Great place to buy and service your RV
We had a great experience with Airstream of Northern Michigan. We had made an appointment to have several items repaired, replaced and upgraded on our 2022 Airstream 30' Classic. We are from Florida and were visiting the area for a few weeks. Josh was our service advisor and was helpful and attentive thru the whole process. I have a 2022 airstream flying cloud that I bought last year from nature and me. For some unknown reason the lights on the smart plug cord quit working. Talking with Kim and Josh they came up with a replacement cord covered with the extended warranty I purchased with the trailer. They came through for me once again. Great service. Highly recommended service and sales. Thanks Josh and Kim.
