We lost the 120v power on our airstream while on a trip to Michigan from New England. Oscar was kind enough to squeeze us in and Rick was able to repair it in 30 minutes before leaving for the weekend. Super nice people and very knowledgeable about airstreams.
I can only give them 1, the sale is all that matters when I purchase from them. Tried getting service, only a few real technicians with limited knowledge. This was in 2022. Good luck
We have been searching for a while for an airstream dealer that would provide us with the AS of our choice at a fair value. This is where Nature and Me RV really stood apart from all the rest of them. While the others followed the classic used car salesman routine, Shaun and John were both straight up and fair with us all the way.
