We had a great experience with Airstream of Northern Michigan. We had made an appointment to have several items repaired, replaced and upgraded on our 2022 Airstream 30' Classic. We are from Florida and were visiting the area for a few weeks. Josh was our service advisor and was helpful and attentive thru the whole process. I have a 2022 airstream flying cloud that I bought last year from nature and me. For some unknown reason the lights on the smart plug cord quit working. Talking with Kim and Josh they came up with a replacement cord covered with the extended warranty I purchased with the trailer. They came through for me once again. Great service. While traveling with our new TOAD er realized the blue ox installer at hime dis not install the break away component. After driving 6 hour following the RV, I went onto Blue Ox's website to find a dealer near Traverse City MI. Low an behold this Airstream dealer installs blue fox's.
