I visited your beautiful new indoor showroom a couple weekends ago and was helped by Aaron Olson. I was interested in seeing a Rangeline Pop Top Class B since I want a small RV that’s easy to park yet big enough that I can take my grandkids sometimes, too. The van has a lot of cool features and Aaron was very thorough showing all of them to me. Kim is THE MAN (currently the parts manager)! We are down in the Florida Keys and had issues with power to our Airstream. We tried everything, Google videos, asked campground workers and fellow campers. We called Airstream of Northern Michigan and got Kim. Wow were we lucky! We were considering downsizing our Airstream Classic and discovered online that Airstream of North Michigan had the exact trailer we were interested in! We spoke with Lisa and she was wonderful to work with. There was no pressure and we negotiated a fair trade. Everyone there was professional, courteous, and helpful.
