RecommendedFantastic Service! Troy went above & beyond. We recently bought an airstream trailer and were traveling trough LV and discovered some items needing service. He fit us in their schedule, listened to our problems and found solutions to fix them. Our propane works perfectly now and the squeaky bird noise in our floor is gone! The atmosphere was nice and clean, the staff was kind and attentive and we would definitely recommend this dealer over any in a three state radius.
The people here especially Troy Willet took good care of us when we had a major water leak under our 2010 Classic. They were very professional and flexible. They took care of us quickly and efficiently allowing us to get on the road again. We really enjoyed working with Troy and highly recommend Airstream of Las Vegas to anyone in the Vegas area.
We are traveling full-time with our 2016 FC 30RB, #5522. Recently, our AS needed plumbing and appliance service. We worked with Troy Willett, our service advisor, who organized the needed repairs with his service team. Without a doubt, Troy and his techs were friendly and knowledgeable completing the agreed upon work on time and budget. If you have an AS service or maintenance need, I’d highly recommend Troy and his service team at Airstream Las Vegas.
It was an awesome experience. I love my “nest” can’t wait to start my adventures. Great customer service with Jamie and Ricky! Ricky have A fun personality too!!😂 and the service department (young) Steven are very knowledgeable about my airstream... appreciate that as well. Everything went as planned. Even though I had to wait for my airstream to Come from California. Steven made sure all parts are working and you learned how to use everything on the “Nest” before you drive off. Great job!!

Delivery of a 2019 Airstream
