We were just cruising the area and stopped in here to see what we could see. There were the most professional salesmen in there and the facility was lovely. We particularly enjoyed interacting with Roger. He was so kind and knowledgeable. I'm not sure we're ever going to purchase a new Airstream in this lifetime, but if we did, this would be the facility we could come to and we would love to work with Roger to get it done. My 30ft Globetrotter was serviced and all tires replaced. The repairs were done on time and for the amount that was quoted. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back.
I had a great experience with the service and parts team at Airstream Inland Empire. William (Service Manager) bent over backwards to fix a broken front door latch while I was traveling through the area. Fantastic work by the shop foreman and staff. I’ll gladly drive here for service from Arizona!!
