My AC stopped working while my husband was out of town, which was pretty stressful for me, since he usually deals with these sorts of things. Fantastic! I usually don't do reviews, but this company was exceptional. Kevin, the owner, answered the phone immediately and was at my home 30 minutes later. He gave me a quote to replace my air conditioner. It was quite a bit less than a quote I had received from his competitor. Kevin also explained the benefits of adding a heat pump. My heat had been going out off and on for a few weeks and I had another company that I had contracted with to do routine maintenance on my unit come take a look at it two different times. Charging me for both times and the issue still wasn't fixed. I reached out to Kevin Mower and he came the very next day spent over an hour taking my unit apart to find out what was wrong and told me my company I had contracted with to do maintenance hadn't even cleaned it.
