Absolutely great experience! I haven't been able to use my fireplace for 2 years. The remote was lost and discontinued. After contacting numerous fireplace pros, I was told I'd have to purchase a different fireplace. Craig came out and paired a different remote. He stayed until he was sure everything was working properly and that I knew how to work the new remote. I'm so thankful that I found AirStar and Craig!! From now on, AirStar is my only HVAC pro.

My experience was very delightful and educational! Craig was very patient and passionate with figuring out where and why I had a gas leak. He was an overall kind and hard working individual. I definitely will contact him again for future issues.

Craig was very quick to respond, communicated well while on site, and was sure that I understood his repair. He came next day, stayed beyond normal business hours, and even texted the next day to check in. Highly recommend.

Air Star saved us about 35,000 dollars!!!! A company that we thought was very reputable said that we need to replace our HVAC system and quoted us over $35,000 to do so. We asked Air Star for a 2nd opinion. After thoroughly examining our system, Air Star determined that the problem was lack of refrigerant and not a mechanical issue or leaks. Their charge for refrigerant and a clean bill of health - $637.50. Is it any wonder that we're switching today to Air Star? They are experts, professional, and HONEST!!!!
