Beware buying thier filters on Amazon. Poorly packaged and damaged on arrival. They blame post office for thier bad packaging. When you complain you get this responce from service rep Kelly: "Denise , thank you for your review, this behavior has become all to predictable from Amazon Buyers like yourself ; must be that time of the month."
Customer service was responsive when my colleague reached out to them about a missing parcel with that was marked 'Delivered' by FedEx. They quickly contacted their FedEx rep and the package showed up the next morning. Tip: You assume responsibility for the parcel once they hand it off to FedEx/UPS/etc, so before you hit "Place Order" on the website you may want to write down in their Notes section: "Signature Confirmation Required" so that the carrier doesn't end up leaving the package where anyone (or driver) can steal it.... read more
Great service and VERy responsive. We had a broken part that was out of warranty. Airstar came up with a creative solution that solved out problem at a very reasonable price. We recommend Airstar
Had to get a customer some custom filters , opted for their Frames & Pads , a better solution for a long-term problem. Provided me with choices for both Metal and Plastic frames and explained benefits of each....thank you for the help. We'll be back for more!
