We purchased a tankless water heater in Oct.,2023. ( we had issue when they installed the system, which I reviewed then, ) I called & set up a fall check-up appointment for a Monday morning between 8-12. I received a call from Airsouth on the Sun.before appt. mid-morning &they said they were in the area & wanted to see if they could come that afternoon, I told them afternoons would not work so she said that they would keep my appt. for Monday morning .
