We purchased a tankless water heater in Oct.,2023. ( we had issue when they installed the system, which I reviewed then, ) I called & set up a fall check-up appointment for a Monday morning between 8-12. I received a call from Airsouth on the Sun.before appt. mid-morning &they said they were in the area & wanted to see if they could come that afternoon, I told them afternoons would not work so she said that they would keep my appt. for Monday morning . Kody and Cameron came out to fix my water line in my front yard that had caused quite a mess. Kody explained everything in great detail and both were very professional and knowledgeable. They did exceptional work and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank You

Contacted them for a simple freon recharge. My system was cleanand operating fine, but freezing up after 3or 4 hours running. 2.5 days, 10hrs/$600 of PPT time off of work, my wife getting sick and having to stay in a hotel and 4 hours of being told your next on the list....still no service. Next company...2 hours later a/c serviced. DO NOT USE!!! Absolute bunch of clowns pointing the finger at the last person and NO ONE taking ANY accountability.
