Brett was very polite and personable. He seemed to be completely proficient in his work and did it all in an very efficient manner. I think he needs more field training. He admitted he could not solve the problem and that we gad to wait on another tech to get to us on another day to finish the repairs. Cost was an extra repair visit.
Our air conditioning system went out right before Christmas. Prior to that we had the motor replaced by Air Source One. Christmas Eve, a crew came out to put in a new system. They normally would be off to attend a Christmas Eve Gumbo at 11:00, but Bradley, Dylan, Little Barrett and Jordan remained until the job was finished at about 3:00. I was impressed and grateful. Ben showed up on time and serviced all three AC units - very thorough job and detail oriented inspection and maintenance service. Ben explained a couple of small issues he had to correct and cleaned up the dust from the attic access. I highly recommend this company!!
Such nice people. Their professionalism and dedication to provide quality work for reasonable prices is apparent. They even clean up any mess they may have made. I switched from a larger company in the area to Landry’s Air Source One because of the notable difference in the way I am treated as a customer.
Semi annual system maintenance done during a severe storm. The technician was polite and courteous. He did not track up my house with wet shoes.
