Jason was the tech sent over to take care of my annual maintenance. The young man did a great job so much so I had to call the owner, Ms. Rachel to inform her how satisfied I was with the guy sent to PM our unit. Thanks again! Earl Jackson
Austin was very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and gave a thorough inspection of an old unit I have. He found a faulty fan motor , fixed that and everything is now in top condition . Highly recommend Air Source.
Brett was very polite and personable. He seemed to be completely proficient in his work and did it all in an very efficient manner. I think he needs more field training. He admitted he could not solve the problem and that we gad to wait on another tech to get to us on another day to finish the repairs. Cost was an extra repair visit.
My maintenance person was fantastic. He has done maintenance on my ac/heater unit since it was installed. He is super polite and even gets along with my dog. He noticed that my hot water heater had water in the overflow pan and notified me to call a plumber. Otherwise, I would never have known. He also tighten the gas valve for me. I can't thank him enough. I want him to do my maintenance from now on!!!
I have used them for years for service and they replaced my unit. The sercice calls are prompt and courteous. The office personnel are also just as pleasant, accomodating, and pleasant
