I work at a property management company in town and we use Tim for all of our HVAC work. He is fairly priced, very good at what he does, and very important for us...he responds in a very timely manner when we have tenants with issues. He will explain things out to tenants as well as us back at the office, gives estimates and has never tried to sell us something we didn't need.
