To whom it may concern; I wasn't pleased in the way my order was handled. Poor communication on behave of airsoft extreme not letting me know the reason for the delay. Another thing that i didn't agree and / or really upset me was the (2) items were ship in one box and i payed for two shipping rates. I requested at the beginning if posible to ship it in one box and offer one of the shipping charges to be returned / refunded if posible. That didn't happen.

RecommendedMy husband and I come here all the time to play. The employees are super knowledgeable of their products and are very friendly! I always feel comfortable playing here because the team takes safety very seriously.
I've gone to one of their physical stores in Santa Clara once. They have a great collection of airsoft guns. People are friendly too. Edit: Twice now. Last time my pistol mag jammed so I went in and got it fixed in a minute. Thanks guys!
